ABOUT ME

I'm an architecture student studying in Italy right now, in Rome to be exact. I was born in Des Moines, Iowa, USA and grew up in the other town of decent size in Iowa. Iowa isn't exactly a thriving metropolis, but it wasn't such a bad place to grow up either.

I study architecture, but what I really love are cities. What's fascinating to me is how politics and culture shape cities, and how cities shape politics and the social environment.
