Overview
About Me
On a 5 month backpacking journey around the world!
I'm a naturally optimistic, friendly, quirky guy and enjoy being part of positive, uplifting atmospheres. I thrive in learning environments where I can immerse myself in a subject or culture, or enthusiastically educate others :)
I have an autoimmune disease and somedays are easier than others. That said, I cook a lot due to my diet and since I love to cook I would be happy to help with prepparing meals! Please let me know if there are any chores I can help with in return for your hospitality.
Some days rest is all one needs and I appreciate cozy days in just as much as I enjoy adventurous days out.
A personal goal of mine is to build new, constructive life-improving habits from observing different cultures and volunteering.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to make positive connections with locals and fellow travellers. I've always heard such incredible reviews about CS and I'm excited to finally be apart of the cause and uphold the good reputation.
I think hostels are cool but I prefer this haha When I get my own place someday I will definitely be host so I'm hoping to learn some cool tips and tricks from my hosts across europe

My interests are far and wide, I get curious and intrigued over the most obscure things haha ~

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I am nothing without music. I always have had music in my life and have very delicate relationships with each genre. I enjoy carefully curating playlists with emojis in my Spotify as a hobby. Various artists speak out to me but I don't have a favorite, I always ebb and flow between new artists and and old that enter my life at just the right moment to help console or challenge me. I should go to more concerts, I don't know why I'm so frugal about them but then profligate about other things!
Books: I buy books, rarely do I read them. I admire those that do. At most I listen to audiobooks. Just finished Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach, and chipping away at Sun Tzu's the Art of War, Robert Greene's The Art of Seduction, and How to Over Trauma and Find Yourself Again by Jessamy Hibberd.
I read and listened to What Happened To You by Bruce Perry and Oprah, Tao Te Ching by Stephen Michaels (this one's on repeat), and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
The 21 irrefutable laws of leadership by John Maxwell, Carl Sagan's Pale Blue Dot, Cosmos and Billions and Billions,
Religious texts like the Bardo Thodol, Bhagavad Gita, Quran, Tanakh, Tripitaka
