ABOUT ME

Graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill May 2011. I was part of a three semester study abroad program where 15 students from three schools (UNC Chapel Hill, Copenhagen Business School, Chinese University of Hong Kong) spent one semester at each school while studying business and learning about different cultures. Before the program the only international travel I had done involved a few days on the beach in the Bahamas. Through my experiences abroad I have realized that traveling is a real passion of mine. My job does not begin until January 2012 and in the meantime I am taking a motorcycle trip through South America with my friend and constant travel companion Chris Hartle.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I currently have limited experience with the couch surfing project but each one has been great.

I plan to meet many unique individuals in the coming months in South America and when I return home and settle down I plan to host others in order to learn about other cultures when I am unable to travel.

Movies: My favorite few at the moment are Star Wars, the new Star Trek, Casino Royale, In Bruges, Snatch, Boondock Saints, Slumdog Millionaire, Atonement, and my guilty pleasure (more pleasure than guilt tbh) the Harry Potter films.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Riding a motorcycle through northern Vietnam. There are some great views through the rice fields and the mountains and there doesn´t exist a better way to soak it all in than with a metal steed between your legs.
