About Me

Just starting the whole traveling thing, so while I may not have references and experience surfing, do chat with me to get to know me more! I'm traveling to Seoul and Paris in. May/June, and I'm looking for hosts and people to hang out with. Will definitely bring gifts from Singapore!

I'm also full of lame jokes. For my award winning lameness,
Where do you keep your corn? In the CORNtainer.
Where do you keep your CORNtainer? Message me to find out more :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling alone, so would love to stay with the locals and immerse myself in the life there. Also would love to meet the people who are visiting Singapore!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - chill indie. Don't have any favourite artistes in particular, my Spotify is mad diverse so check it out!
Film - science fiction and psychological thrillers. Think Hannibal (the series), Intersteller, etc. Do enjoy most movies and some Japanese Anime too.
Books - science fiction and mystery. Love Agatha Christie, Paulo Coelho, and Dinaw Mengestu. Occasionally indulge in entertainment like The Hunger Games and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling related - In Bintan, I've kayaked to some distant mangrove islands, which I explored. On the same trip, I went for a few intertidal walks, to explore, and search for cool creatures (we found crabs, jellyfish, octopus, conch). Also had an amazing time at boom netting!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach - conversational mandarin (it's not that hard!), art (messy creative jamming sessions). Or if you're a nerd we could have intellectual conversations about science and politics over tea or wine (your pick)
Learn - hoping to pick up a few cool skills and maybe a language. Maybe some history too?

What I Can Share with Hosts

The culture from Singapore, and my artworks (I do paper cutting, hand lettering, painting, sewing, etc). I'm also full of lame jokes (esp science related ones)

Countries I’ve Visited
