Overview
About Me
I'm currently in a special year of deep exploration, traveling to various programs and workshops that connect somatic movement and healing with socio-political movement and justice work. I'm learning to identify as a creative mover! I love dance and found it has been profound for healing and connecting to all parts of myself and to others. Building community and embodying my values in the everyday -- walking my talk -- are my main areas of focus at the moment.
I have been hosting guests for over 5 years (on a different platform) and it's been a wonderful experience. I love to lend some local insight and get to know people from all over the world. I've also been a guest (on another platform) in several cities, including Athens, Venice, Florence, Rome, San Francisco, Reno, and Cincinnati. I try to be the kind of guest I love to host: friendly, communicative, appreciative, understanding, respectful, and "leave no trace."
I've been teaching children (various subjects, mostly in the arts) and coaching fencing for the last few years. I've mostly put everything on the side as I prioritize this exploratory phase, learning as many tools to co-create more healing and justice in our communities.
