Well well, where to start. I'm a ginger who loves to get outdoors, exploring the wilderness that the world has to offer by caving, bushwalking, abseiling and boating!

I thoroughly enjoy photography, trying new foods, meeting new people and learning about other cultures as well as sitting down and reading a good book.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking forward to connecting with a variety of new and exciting people from different places who have stories to tell and enjoy telling them. As well as this couch surfing is a great way to get in touch with locals and have that personal perspective on destinations all whilst saving a bit of money.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pop culture is such a difficult one, as with many already fantastic creations out there and with new films, music and novels being produced everyday - the list is forever growing.

My movie and television tastes consists largely of indie creations and British humour, very much so dappling in comedy, but as well as adventure, horror/thriller, a touch of romance and even musicals.
Some of these titles I adore include Scott Pilgrim VS the World, Frank, Boy, the Cornetto Trilogy, Holes, The Princess Bride, Moonrise Kingdom, The Goonies, Tucker and Dale VS Evil, Jurassic Park, the Walking Dead, Community, Pushing Daisies and Brooklyn 99.

As for books I tend to stick to zombie fiction and fantasy (think Allison Hewitt is Trapped, the Borrible Trilogy, Gone, etc).

I do, however, love a broad variety of music including artists such as Lime Cordiale, Alt-J, Panic! At The Disco, Oh Wonder, BORNS, Zella Day, Gang of Youths, Montaigne, Hilltop Hoods, Seth Sentry, the Avalanches, Ball Park Music, Childish Gambino, Ocean Alley, Smith Street Band, Urban Cone, Allday, Holy Holy, the White Stripes, Dotan, Florence + the Machine, Woodkid, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Crooked Colours, San Cisco, the Chainsmokers, etc (could literally go on forever)!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I've found over 1000 of my family members through genealogical research.
- Jumped 10,000 ft out of a plane at the age of 16.
- Rappelled face first off a 7 story building six times.
- Midnight jetty jumping at Maria Island in Winter.
- Pat a great white shark when I was 7.
