Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met two veteran couch surfers in Darjeeling who told me about all their amazing experiences, the great people they met and the interesting places they discovered while couch surfing. After talking to them I immediately made a profile of my own, so here I am! I can't wait to share experiences, learn new things and meet new people. Adventure awaits!

Interests

My favourite thing to do is eat (Indians may say I've come to the right place!). For me, having a tasty meal, a good conversation (and maybe a beer) is the ideal way to spend time. When I'm not eating, exploring or absorbing local culture, I like to paint, sketch and sometimes write (badly). I also really enjoy cooking, although as we all know British cuisine is terrible so don't expect any miracles ;). Oh and books! Books are the best.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my best experiences so far was hitch hiking from the UK to Morocco. Doing my first 10 day vipassana meditation course is also up there.
