Hello, I'm a 20 something (ex) student trying to find my way in life. I've just finished my degree and while all that Maths was fun I'd like to see a bit of the world. I make an excellent cup of tea and am no trouble to have around, won't get in your way and will just go with the flow. I suppose that's all I can think of to put in an about me, but I'm sure I'll think of something if I ever end up meeting you. Recently moved to Amsterdam.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because it's a big world and I'd like to see as much of it as possible before I'm too old to. I'd like to spend time with as many interesting, random and bonkers people as possible, which is kind of the point of travelling I guess. It's always better to get the perspective of a place from someone who lives there, who's breathed the air and drank the milk, so to speak.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not very fussy about music, anything you can dance to really! As for movies, I generally like films with long and complicated plots such as Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight trilogy, the Marvel films... And lot's of others I suppose! As for books, the Harry Potter series, Lord of the RIngs, the Silmarillion, A song of Ice and Fire, and a few others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm... This is hard. I suppose in the context of this website I'll go with spending 2 months in China, living in Beijing for a month and then travelling to many of China's most amazing sites over 3 weeks, it was a completely crazy experience which included sleeping on the great wall, visiting the Shaolin temple and climbing mountains by the River Li.
