Hi I'm Jack! I'm a Scottish traveller who loves going to interesting places, I especially love the outdoors! I just hitchhiked across Eurasia which was a helluva time, happy to talk travel or hitchhiking.

Can't believe I'm finally saying it but I just completed hitchhiking from 🇺🇦Ukraine to 🇹🇭Thailand! I've done over 21,000km of hitchhiking, and its definitely my proudest achievement.

Very keen to give back to the world in anyway I can after the unreal hospitality I've been shown on this monumental journey. Don't worry about sending a particularly tailored request, I know the script, I've had to message many hosts before.

I might not be able to show you around, but if I'm free and I feel like it we can do something. Either way I open my door to any weary traveller. Just be easy-going, and dont mess up the gaff.

I'm a keen guitarist, reader, partier and am always down to try something new. I love meeting new people and sharing adventures.

Found a cheap flight back to Norway so Im going to try to hitchhike back home from there and hopefully make it back for Christmas! With a few stops to meet friends and such.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a fantastic way to meet people! Its not as strong as it was I think but its still a great way of meeting locals and experiencing a country in a more involved way I reckon.
