Hi guys,

I've been travelling for about 4 months starting in Mexico and been through Guatemala, honduras and now I'm spending some time in Costa Rica. I've been in Costa Rica for a month so far volunteering as a tour guide at a butterfly farm in El Castillo and now I have some time before I start my next volunteer project. I will head back to England in late September but until then I hope to keep having new experiences and meeting more friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to meet lots of people and also experience the country from the perspective of people who live here. I am also short of money and it is a cheaper way to travel :)

I love to travel, spend time walking in natural environments, people watching, playing and watching football, chatting with friends and reading (mainly about psychology).

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite bands at the minute are; pink Floyd, fleetwood mac, the national and the arctic monkeys. I only ever read non fiction, and like philosophy, psychology, sociology and autobiographies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a week in the Sahara desert about a year ago. It was just me, four other people and four camels.
