Hi, I'm Jack! Me and my girlfriend (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/laurenlouisew1993) are currently exploring the bottom half of the globe for the next few months and are looking to meet as many people as we can along the way. Its good to share stories and give back a bit. When we're not away exploring I shoot weddings, setting up my own business last year. I also do the odd bits of freelance graphic design. I'm also a HUGE foodie, having trained as a chef when I was 19 but deciding I didn't want to give my life up for it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To swap stories over beers and cheese and to discover that the worlds a lot bigger than my own. Also to give something back to people on a shoestring budget - I know how it feels when you go shopping in the supermarket and feel the depression wash over you when you can't buy everything yo want.

Movies - Anything that has depth, I also have a really soft spot for the Jungle book, shark attack and low budget horror films.

Music - Everything from classical to drum n bass - completely dependent on my mood. Like most people I'm really confused as where the direction of music is going today..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting kicked out of a bus in mumbai in the middle of the motorway. Climbing Ella rock in sri lanka and spending 2 hours trying to find my girlfriend in the dark after we got seperated. Climbing the empire state building and not passing out from the height. Narrowly avoiding getting my bag pinched on the way to the Taj Mahal.
