Overview
About Me
Entering my final year of college at the University of Chicago. Studying applied math and physics, though I recently began planning for a student film. My chief goal in any city is to discover the varieties of breads, pastries, and pastas which the city has to offer, and to find a good cup of coffee.
My Fiancee and I are looking at graduate schools / work in Europe so I'll be traveling throughout September to visit different labs! (We mostly won't be traveling together though because we have different work schedules)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Backpacking through Europe for the first time in September; staying with locals is the best way to meet new people and engage with different cultures.
I appreciate when others show me places where I'm forced to resort to elaborate games of charades and limited foreign language skills to communicate with others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My friend and I lost our way in the Hungarian countryside around Budapest after leaving just after sunrise from a rave held in an abandoned mine and ended up taking two and a half hours of public transportation before we were able to collapse into our beds.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help you practice English, and perhaps you can help me pick up a few words from whatever languages you speak. I would also love to listen to foreign music, and watch foreign films.
