ABOUT ME

European girl traveling on her own since a long long time ... After spending a few months in Canada, another few months in Asia, a year in Australia I came to understand one simple thing about me : I cannot work in an office. So to avoid an awful desk job I have to work and travel at the same time.

I really enjoy dark literature (Tony Hill series written by Val McDermid or Gretchen Series by Chelsea Cain). Of course like everybody else, I also loved Harry Potter and the Game of Thrones books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One morning I was working in Bangkok, Thailand and then during my lunch break I booked a plane ticket to Australia, and left the very same evening. Yeah told you I'm a crazy chick.
Did mustering with an helicopter while I was working in a cattle station in the freaking middle of nowhere in Western Australia.
Was working for a hot air balloon company in Canada, let me tell you that : it was definitively the best job ever!

Teach, Learn, Share

Well the best thing about me is : I can teach you french cooking. What could be best other than coming home after a long boring day at work to find a french meal waiting for you on your table. I'm baking the most amazing chocolate cake (well more of something between a fudge cake half cooked, the french word is "fondant au chocolat").
