I'm Jack, I'm currently on a 1 year hiatus from work exploring the world and seeing exciting places.

So far I've been through Europe, Scandinavia, North America and Central America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me the most important thing about traveling to places is the people you meet.

I believe that the best experiences are shared with those that live there, it's the culture of a place that makes it unique.

I've been hosted by some great people, hosted some great people and had some great adventures.

I'm a very keen surfer and sailor and love all things Ocean.

I've worked as a professional skipper sailing in Croatia, Greece, Thailand and the East and North Coasts of Australia - if you need help delivering a boat or extra hands sailing your local waters I'm more than happy to jump onboard!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked 4000ft to the top of Volcan Acatenango in Guatemala and spent the night in a little tent in the freezing cold overlooking the powerful Fuego erupt. It was amazing.
