I never know what to say in these things. I guess I'll start with: I smile a lot.

Keeping a positive attitude when dealing with life's realities is one of my pass-times. I am a go-with-the-flow kind of person, taking opportunities as they present themselves.

I have spent most of my years stumbling through life in California, though since August 2015 have been trying to blend in as a Parisian in France.

I studied Physics in California, and am now trying to master French as a second language. I hope to pursue a Masters Degree at some point, but I am still trying to figure out what subject truly inspires me. I'm in no rush. Life is to short to worry, and long enough for me to take an extra year to reflect a bit on this topic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a student, on a budget, but I LOVE traveling and meeting new people. Couchsurfing just seemed like the perfect fit.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a favorite type of music, movie, or book.

Music: In general, perhaps I lean in favor of rock, but I like just about everything from classical to rap to country. It really changes depending on the setting.

Movies: I don't do horror. I recently tried to watch American Horror Stories, and my thoughts hunted me for two months. I can pretty much always go for a comedy. I love fantasy (i.e. Lord of the Rings). I also enjoy historical fiction films. The list goes on...

Books: Truth be told, growing up I loathed books, but at the end of high school I started to like them, and in college I even grew to love them.

What I Can Share with Hosts
