ABOUT ME

I'm an active person. I love the outdoors, the water, the mountains and wind in my hair. I want to experience everything in the world around me - and below. I'm an avid scuba diver and love being a mermaid ;) I LOVE food, and am always up for going out for good food/making it at home. I enjoy watching live local bands and trying new and interesting beers. I really like meeting new people with different perspectives than mine and letting them challenge the way I see the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to take yourself too seriously. Hold onto your core values but be open to those strong enough to shake your core beliefs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have minimal couchsurfing experience at this point as I've used hostels for most of my previous travel accommodations. When I'm not traveling I often have friends from out of town staying in my place that comfortably sleeps two - none through couchsurfing yet but soon! I would love to welcome fellow travelers to experience Vancouver and the many activities to do here.

- music taste: all kinds but specifically guitar-focused music such as certain genres of metal, spanish guitar, classic rock, 80s pop, classical, 90s rap - it totally varies depending on my mood
- i have not had much time to read lately because I have been busy with full time school and full time work but I tend to love dystopian fiction, stories about strong people who have overcome life struggles, fantasy, thrillers.
