My current mission is to change the world, one person at a time, by reaching out to kids of all ages both in and out of the classroom!

ABOUT ME

Where do I start? I am a mother of one (Benjamin 19 mos) married to a great husband who has shown me so many things about how to live life and love the Lord. We are both teachers, but our new mission in life is to find and teach others how to live for themselves and enjoy the financial and personal freedom they deserve. I enjoy tennis, rollerblading, music, family, and friends. I have very high standards for myself and my family, and I consider myself to be a very ambitious person.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am willing to host as needed, provided we are around. We love to meet new people! I also love the concept of having a "real experience" when I visit different places instead of playing tourist. This is such a great concept!

Interests

Tennis, rollerblading, reading, writing (I want to be a children's author someday!), teaching, family, friends, raising my son, supporting my church, sponsoring a child through Compassion International, and doing anything I can to add value to people lives

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot...just about anything. I recently read several novels by Jodi Piccoult, who has a fascinating writing style. I enjoy drama, mysteries, stories about other cultures and time periods, and educational materials. I have also read my fair share of parenting books in the last 18 months! I enjoy a variety of music, and I sometimes have time to watch movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember climbing Hallett Peak in high school. I thought I was absolutely going to pass out from exhaustion, but I had a great team who encouraged me all the way to the top.
