I am starting a job in Kittery, ME soon, and I cannot find an apartment that will let me sign a lease site unseen. It will not be possible to travel there beforehand, and I would rather not spend $75 per night for a hotel when I will be spending most of the days either at work or trying to find an apartment when I get into town.
