Try everything once. Don't hurt anyone. See as much as you possibly can. Sleep when your old (though I have difficulty sticking to this one!)

After hiking through the night, arriving at Capilano Dam in Vancouver at 5am and looking down, down, down. The ending of a spontaneous journey. Jumping into the plunge pool above a waterfall in Wales, left me more freezing cold but it blasted away any sluggishness.
