ABOUT ME

My name is Jack, I'm 20 years old and from Glasgow in Scotland. I currently study photography and film at university in Edinburgh. I'm outgoing and enjoy meeting new people and exploring new places. I'm going to be moving to Toronto on the 26th of August to study on exchange at Ryerson University for four months, and won't be able to move into my room until the 1st of September, so looking for somewhere to stay until then, and to get to know the city!

Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. Its nice to be important, but its important to be nice!

Interests

I'm into photography and film, working with digital and analogue cameras with an interest in documentary and portraiture amongst other genres. I'm a massive fan of music, and enjoying to concerts and clubs. I also love exploring places and good food (can't wait to try poutines and other amazing Canadian specialties!).

Favourite films definitely include Airplane!, The Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club, Cool Runnings, Drive, The Big Lebowski, Hot Fuzz, Superbad, Waterboy, Team Americam, Skyfall.

Favourite TV shows include Top Gear, The Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, The IT Crowd, Brass Eye, Breaking Bad (only finished season one though!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My family holiday to the west coast of the United States is definitely up there. Two weeks of travelling from San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas, visiting some amazing places and more importantly taking some sweet photos!
