ABOUT ME

I am 22 years old and currently studying at the University of Education in Karlsruhe.
After graduating from Highschool I spend one year in California as an Au Pair.To be exact in Palo Alto.Originally I am from a small village,so living so close to San Francisco was a completly new experience.
I have to say the beginning of my year abroad was much easier than expected.I felt at home pretty soon and was just flashed by all the new impressions.I started enjoying myself a lot and falling in love with the possibility to meet people from all over the world in a city,that could not be more multi cultural and open minded.Seems like there were 1000s of possibilities in the city and the hardest part was to pick one.
For the first time in my life a was a proud car owner (many thanks to my hosts :)) and so I was able to do a lot of road trips with friends.
The end of the year was hard,because I was happy to see my family in germany again on one hand,but on the other hand I build up a completly new life in CA,which I didnt wanna leave.
Long Story short:Best decision Ive ever made!!!Wont forget these days!!!
And for the future I know,I wanna see the world,because home is where your heart is!!!
