I'm from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I currently live in Calgary, Alberta while I attend the Alberta College of Art + Design. I am eager to learn about the world, and once I'm done my degree I look forward to doing quite a bit of traveling.

For now, I want to use Couchsurfing to make travel a bit easier. When I'm able to, I plan to host travelers in an effort to both make traveling easier for others and to learn from others.

I am interested in languages, and I plan to learn many throughout my life.

I am interested in sports including fencing, cycling, running, and swimming.

I really like anything that goes fast, from bicycles to motorcycles to cars, and even ultralight aircraft(which I haven't had the opportunity the get into yet, but it's in the books).

I am becoming more and more interested in craft beer and I'm eager to sample local beers wherever I go. In addition to part-time bartending at my student association run bar, I am interested in cocktails(primarily gin and vodka, but I enjoy spiced rum and tequila as well).

I've recently started getting back into Alto Saxophone, which I played during high school.

Music: Somewhat eclectic, moderately pop punk but I'm open to most music that I can tap my foot to. Panic! at the Disco, Tokyo Police Club, My Chemical Romance, Blink 182, Fall Out Boy, Breathe Carolina, Macklemore, etc.
