Hey, I’m Jacob and I’m an easy going 21 year old guy! I love meeting new people and making lots of memories. I love going on crazy adventures with my best friends and seeing what the world has to offer! I was just recently exposed to this YouTube channel called “Yes Theory” and they have changed my entire outlook on life, and I’d love to share and talk about it with anyone who will listen. I love their motto... “what are you going to do to live the dash?”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because a few of my best friends and I took a trip using the app. My friend Melinda has told us about it before and suggested we use it, so we did! It was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! I loved how excited I felt about staying with a “stranger” (stranger: a friend you haven’t met yet). My host was so cool and nice and just really opened up his home and made us all feel super comfortable and I knew that I had to be apart of this experience in one way or another!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have done (at least in my opinion) was to skydive! It was the most terrifying, exhilarating, mind blowing, and freeing experience I have ever had in my life! I would highly encourage any and everyone to do it if they are able! You will just have such a different outlook on life once you land! You will be able to sit back and think to yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to no matter how hard or challenging, because you just jumped from 14,000ft in the air out of a FREAKING airplane!
