I'm a 22 year old engineering student at the University of Oxford, born and bred in London, UK (real London, not just outside!). 3 years ago I travelled around Asia having worked for 6 months in schools in London helping to teach maths and physics. I then went skiing in the French Alps for 3 months where I worked as a nanny. I travelled from India to China to Japan to Cuba and lots of places in between. I caught the bug and got hooked...

Since then I’ve been back to China, as well as South Korea, The Philippines and Albania.

Currently I’m travelling around the south of Italy with my friend Dan.

I love food, music, London, gaming and quintessentially British humour.

From my first travels I found that (obviously) locals or foreigners living abroad know are the most interesting people to meet and know places like no guide book ever can and so couchsurfing is a great way to meet these people (and of course it's cheap!).

I also can't wait to share my own city with people coming to stay with me in the future.
