Hi guys,

I’m Jacob, 25, on the ‘finding myself’ part of my life. I’m very sociable and don’t like being by myself for too long, but then who does? I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I’d be lost without my sports: rugby, gym, skiing, scuba diving, cricket, tennis and hiking. I’ve worked in bars for many years and I love that scene on both sides of the bar. I like to be adventurous but also to chill both have a time and a place and are as important as each other. Keen to meet people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first proper travelling experience and I’d like to see as much as I’m able and meet as many people as I can. I really want to experience the real place and I find that staying with locals is a better way to meet locals (obviously) and be shown the best parts rather than just staying at hostels the whole time.
