Kia ora! I'm a 22 year old UK born New Zealander. Soon-to-be qualified dentist, currently studying my Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Aside from fixing teeth, I'm a big time traveller and intend to spend the rest of my life moving from destination to destination. Culture, people, places, food, climate and that feeling of freedom are what attracts me to traveling.

I love hearing peoples stories of their life and experiences. I hope to share my own experiences and at the very least, bring something of interest to the table!

I intend to travel a lot in my lifetime, and being able to share my own home with fellow travellers in return for a host with local knowledge wherever I'm going seems like a no brainer!

Experiencing the people and culture of wherever I visit is why go there in the first place. I like to see the real organic side of a place rather than a fluffed up touristy one.

Plus, the philosophy behind couch surfing and its origins definitely resonate with my world view :)

Books- I stopped reading books after the last Harry Potter came out. I really should read more!
