Hello, I'm Jake, 25 years old and recently decided to take the plunge and travel solo. Been around Europe before but with a relatively large group and think it stifled us a bit. Big on the arts, politics/global affairs etc and looking to meet like-minded people and catch some sun!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My experience with hostels has been hit and miss, on occasion they're great and at times pretty awful, so thought I would test the waters with couch surfing and see what comes up. Looking to meet people that are happy to show me around their city and maybe grab a beer.

Lots of movies to choose from but directors would include; Steve McQueen, David Fincher, Kubrick, David Lynch, P.T Anderson, Herzog, Scorsese, Hitchcock, Spielberg...There's too many.
