I'm a day dreamer, night worker, space explorer. Just graduated interaction and function designer looking for opportunities to solve problem and new uses for modern technologies and media.
I travel to meet new people, learn about different cultures and see the world from a different angle and take photos of it ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm quite new to couchsurfing.com, although I've had my profile for a while. But wherever I go I always try to stay away from hotels and prefer staying with someone local. It's the best way to really get to know the place and the culture. And everyone I meet and the stories we exchange become a part of me, adjust my view on the world and make me grow as a person.

I've spent many night on people sofas and floors... and would like to give back on couchsurfing when it's possible.

Interests

I can be a bit of a workaholic because I really enjoy being a designer, dreaming up and creating things...

when I'm not doing that, I still like to go to talks workshops not only about design and listen to interesting and clever people and learn new things

I play a bit of guitar and like pubs with live music, gigs etc.

Cycling, running, swimming... basically compensating for all the time I spend sitting at my laptop

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music with guitars in it... The whole lot, Bob Dylan to Architects... As long as it has good melodies and decent lyrics. That's why I can't stand most most pop music these days :D

Biographies of interesting people and non-fiction books are my favourite, but I wouldn't say no to a good novel.

Fight Club and American Beauty are probably my favourite films. No surprises there... I like clever films and hate films that are all visual effects and no story.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a few days in the countryside in netherlands with no money, phone... nothing. And it was amazing!

Exhibited my anti-violence poster in Armenia to commemorate the 1915 genocide on it's anniversary.

And hopefully some of my work... ;-)
