About Me
"The art is long, the life short, the judgment difficult, the good occasion passing"Hi I´m Jacopo:) The passion and discover for travels in the name of essentiality was originally born as a pilgrim on the way to Santiago. Then at 30 years the contact with the bicycle and its infinite possibilities. If the journey on foot is characterized by slowness, on a bicycle you feel like in a "centrifuge" as ONE with the environment that surrounds you. I love to travel by bike, "going beyond", meeting, dealing with the unexpected. I'm Italian and I have been living in Germany for about a year with my partner Beatrix who is also a cyclist traveler, because the "solo trip" can turn into a "duet".Hi I´m Beatrix, "Italogerman" currently living in Germany, I also started by traveling by foot discovering our Mountains in north of Italy. With time I went from Backpacking to Bikepacking, enjoyng the "fastness" and the fact that you still "live" closely the natur surrounding you. Jacopo crossed Italy (From the North to the Deep South), Corsica, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Norway. Longest trip 41 days from Bergamo to Nordkapp.Beatrix traveled as backpacker through Thailand, Bolivia, Mexico, Senegal and a lot of european Countries :)Together we cycled Corsica, Norway, the Balcan Coast, Iceland and now we will so the Santiago way, where everything strated for Jacopo, living it now as a duo :)Why we tour:We love essentiality, freedom and the fusion with nature. How we tour:Super Minimalist for Jacopo, a little less minimalist Bea but still just bikepacking :D
