ABOUT ME

I was born in Paris, grew up around Cannes, studied in Paris, lived in Grasse, Bourges, Aix-en-Provence, Beaucaire, Bruxelles, Marseille and Arles. I'm a nomad.
I did many differents jobs (commercial, prof d'histoire, de français pour étrangers, réceptionniste d'hôtel, éducateur, responsable d'un chantier d'insertion,...).

I like numerous artistic forms of expression (plastic arts and architecture, literature, theater, cinema, music), I take photos (like a "handyman of Sunday") and I go regularly to concerts, exhibitions, festivals, visits, for the beautiful and the universes which they evoke.
Even if I have a side solitary stay-at-home, I like the walks, the journeys, for people I can meet, the places which I cross, food for my curiosity and my reflections.
And I also like having fun, by partying with my friends or by going in for sport (at the moment I make especially roller and Taï Chi).

I like very much different directors, in particular those who present a very realistic vision (De Sica, Ken Loach, Moretti, Dardenne) or those who introduce a poetic, almost dreamlike vision (Jeunet, Kusturica, Greenaway, Fellini).
Idem for the musics: music of the world (Arabic and Indian especially, but also Bregovic and Titi Robin) in the indie rock (Muse, Archive, Radiohead) by way of the French song (Brel, Piaf, Têtes Raides, Mano Solo) and the jazz (Ellington, Parker, Dolphy, Davis, Mc Laughlin, Portal), and the classical music (in particular the Russians: Stravinski, Prokovief, Moussorgski).
For books, I'm interest in : novels and short stories (there also taste for Russians, like Gogol, Dostoeïvski, Tchekov), the essays and the researches in history, sociology and philosophy also interest me, the poetry and the theater, and the "Beautiful Books" (about painting, sculpture and architecture especially).

J'aime beaucoup de réalisateurs différents, notamment ceux qui présentent une vision très réaliste (De Sica, Ken Loach, Moretti, Dardenne,...) ou alors ceux qui introduisent une vision poétique, presque onirique (Jeunet, Kusturica, Greenaway, Fellini,...).
Idem pour les musiques : de la musique du monde (arabe et indienne surtout, mais aussi Bregovic et Titi Robin) au rock indé (Muse, Archive, Radiohead,...) en passant par la chanson française (Brel, Piaf, Têtes Raides, Fersen, Solo,...) et le jazz (Ellington, Parker, Dolphy, Davis, Mc Laughlin, Portal,...), et la musique classique (notamment les Russes : Stravinski, Prokovief, Moussorgski).
