I will be out of town quite a bit over the holiday period, and unable to host until mid-January 2025.

I moved to New Zealand with my Kiwi partner a few years ago (we had been living in Chicago before that). It has been a great move--I love the access to the hiking, mountains, and sea that Wellington offers. We try to get out and do something active most weekends, though sometimes the weather here has other plans.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a member for many years, and have both surfed and hosted.

Interests

Traveling is the obvious, right? Otherwise I love getting outdoors for a hike or swim, studying French (have been going at it for a few years now), and cooking.
