I am a fun lover.
But my definition of fun doesn't involve drinking alcohol and smoking.
I don't take life seriously. I laugh a lot, i am a mental health advocate, and I encourage men to be more vulnerable.

I am a fitness enthusiast, i love to move my body, and i do it by lifting weights, yoga,dancing in my house,walking and lately i am a swimming instructor I am actively taking new clients.

I hate running if you see me running. Just know i am running away from my problems.

I help women struggling with belly fat without denying themselves their favourite meals and building a healthy relationship with food.

I love good food sometimes i sample restaurants just to see how their food is.
Food is my love language and my way of connecting.

And i believe that if there is no food in a meeting, it should be virtual 😀

I am open-minded, and i embrace diversity. That's what makes life fascinating.

I believe that life is so beautiful.
