Well for starters, I'm really bad at self description, but I'll try anyways! I'm an english/creative writing student who loves reading (duh), listening to/playing music, writing (again, duh), and a bunch of other stuff that can probably be best summarized as anything that is creative/chill/fun. I also love drag culture, tea, dogs, and literally anything that's more than 60 years old makes me really excited (I'm from Canada, we don't have that much old shit here, so I'm pretty easily impressed in that category).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and meeting people from different countries. I think it's really cool to get to know people from completely different backgrounds and learn about different cultures by talking to people as opposed to just reading about it in a book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a year of theatre school. That shit is c r a z y. (I also was kiiind of a professional opera kid. Not sure that that's "amazing" but it definitely makes for some funny stories).

Teach, Learn, Share

Always down to have a discussion about literature, writing, music, intersectional feminism, and all issues surrounding mental health (esp. in regards to the merits of harm reduction, just be warned that once I get started on that topic it'll be hard to get me to shut up). If I care about something (and I care a lot about all of the aforementioned things), I love to talk about it with people and share what insights I have while also taking in what other people have to say on the topic.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a very, very open introvert, which means that if you want your quiet alone time then you won't even know I'm there, but if you want to talk, I'm totally down to talk about pretty much anything. Most of my writing is focused around building characters, so I love listening to other people share stories and talk about their lives in order to learn as much about humanity in general as possible, so if you have a new anecdote you want to test out on someone, I'm your girl.
