ABOUT ME

I grew up in Sydney, Australia. I've traveled through Tanzania and Kenya, and a fair bit of Western and Eastern Europe. I was an au pair in France for 5 months. I'm a counsellor for kids and adolescents from a refugee background, and a speech therapist. But, I recently moved to Toulouse.

I'm super interested in poverty, development, aid, human rights, Effective Altruism; and politics. I love ice cream, listening to the rain, meeting new people, exploring new places, Impressionist art, learning more French and watching films (especially 'heavy' ones). I'm generally vegetarian and sometimes vegan though I'm not completely black and white about it.

Interests

I think we gain so much from conversations had while traveling, with people who have had completely different life experiences and it really shows that underneath everything, humans are all essentially the same!

I'm interested in politics, international development, ethical eating, fair trade, looking after the environment, human rights, baking, exploring new places, psychology, impressionist art and generally living consciously with each decision.
