About Me
Greetings, I'm Jacquelyn!
I'm 25 and I suppose the honest truth is I am just roaming around trying to find my place. I move to a new city every year so I'm on the go pretty often and love being able to use couchsurfing to meet new people wherever I end up along the way.
I'm nice, tidy and you could probably talk me into cooking for you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Right now I am moving to New Orleans, this is the first time I have moved by myself and to a city where I don't know anyone so I'm a little bit nervous. I would love to find some nice, interesting people to stay with while I get my feet on the ground and find a place of my own. Couchsurfing offers the whole package in my situation, a place to stay so I don't have to take the first apartment I see on Craigslist would be great, meet new people and learn a little about my new home!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm pretty stoked on this last trip I took, I camped across the country for four weeks alone. I've never spent that amount of time in solitude and it was an incredible journey.
There's also this weird stigma about girls camping and climbing mountains, sleeping in the forest and wandering around in the desert alone and it was very freeing to bust through every one of those stereotypes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories and laughs, a glass of wine or a nice beer. I'm a pretty decent cook if you ask nicely and I used to own a house cleaning business in San Francisco so I always ask if there is anything I can do or clean around the house to contribute to my stay.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Honduras, Hungary, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Romania
