Experience all that I can in as many places as I can, and then write a book of poetry about it.

I'm fun, easy-going and open-minded, and pretty low-maintenance - I can be entertained just by sitting and thinking, or by walking around and just soaking in the sights of a new place. I enjoy reading and writing, as well as playing clarinet and cooking. But mostly eating. Eating is my favorite.

I offer my home when I can to visitors, but more often just meet up with people who are passing through and looking for some guidance!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was lucky enough to be welcomed into the homes of several people during a recent trip to Europe, and I've hosted a couple myself as well.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

The Beatles are my favorite "no-longer-together" band, and Belle and Sebastian are my favorite "currently together" band. I also love classical music and traditional Indian music. My favorite movies are "Saawariya" and "La Vita e Bella (Life is Beautiful)". My favorite books include "Catch-22", the Lord of the Rings series, "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance", and "The Sirens of Titan".

I got to see a green sea turtle swimming around a coral reef while snorkeling in the Bahamas.
