ABOUT ME

I am likely one of the most dynamic women you'll ever meet. I devour life with a certain flavor of gentle ferociousness of heart, mind, body and being… creating a wild wellspring of wisdom and wonder that often spills out in colorful explosions of insight & light…

My son is an absolute gem. He’s very independent, outspoken, charismatic, and social! Most people who meet him are amazed by how capable & articulate he is at such a young age. He'll be 9 & 10 on this trip around the world!

We live a very healthy lifestyle - high level awareness, focused spiritual growth, lots of time in the natural world, healthy foods alchemy, and ideally, creating deep & lasting connections.

I love to learn & share what I've learned. It's going to take me this entire lifetime and then some to dive into everything that interests me!

Surprise me!!! ... especially with an adventure. It's a surefire way to kickstart a beautiful connection with me!

We love shanti, high-vibe people and places... I tend to follow the music, shake things up in the best of ways, and harmonize the grounds wherever I am. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe that to truly know a place, one must immerse themselves in the local culture. That means getting away from the hotels, and into the grit & glory of the real. I deeply appreciate couch surfing for its gifting culture - for the open doors, shared meals, & lovely new connections. I participate by giving back in such a way that it inspires more giving! Part of being the change I wish to see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted many in the past, and travelled all around Europe, the US & Morocco this way! Such an amazing experience!

Interests

Everything creative! Painting, Photo-walks, Musical gatherings, hot yoga, Ecstatic & Contact Improv DANCE, healthy foods, meditation, places of prayer, very rewarding hikes, swim/snorkel/scuba dive in the sea, horse riding, boating, museums, & finding the best coffee shop close-by.

I also love to garden, all things healing. & I LOVE kids!

My son is a budding inventor, with an affinity for science, amazing engineering feats, and LOVES to help with fix-it projects around the house.

Music, Movies, and Books

Violin & Cello music makes my heart leap out of my chest. I love St. Theresa, Rumi, Hafiz, Mira, & educational fiction (like the Ringing Cedars & Clan of the Cavebear).

I don't like television, but do enjoy beautiful, uplifting, non-violent movies.

I really do my best to limit screen time for my son. He’s mostly only allowed to watch educational or very artistic things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everything. Living, breathing… it's magic!

a lifetime highlight: a breathtakingly beautiful, innocently romantic full moon night dive in Dahab, Egypt… 1000s of glittering fish, flowering corals… holding hands, dancing underwater, eye gazing… emerging from one world to another... Heaven!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a lot to share. I'm highly self-educated. Especially in: Balanced life navigation, Relational alchemy, healing modalities, meditation, growing food & medicinal herbs, photography, watercolors, contact dance, and devotional chants (in 5+ languages). I'm very intuitive, & more than slightly psychic.

I love to give back to my hosts, especially if I stay with you for an extended period of time. I have a lot to give, and deeply appreciate the space to be.
