I am a 22 year old adventure seeker! I have a wonderful husband who I married this October! We both love to explore, hike, and meet new people. My husband (Buster) is a welder and his job takes us all over the United States to different job sites. We've been lucky enough to see a lot of really amazing places and things. However, we know traveling Europe would be among the most exciting adventure yet! Before my husband and I decided to travel the United States with his welding job I worked in the Laboratory at the local hospital in our town. I was in nursing school for two years before changing my major to microbiology with a public health emphases. You could say I have a passion for the world of medicine. Although, I believe in a much more holistic approach for treating illnesses. Thats an entirely different subject though.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When we travel, I want to get the most real experience I can. I want to absorb as much of the culture as possible and make as many connections as I can. I don't want to be a "tourist" I want to be a true part of the different cultures I visit.

Interests

I love yoga, running, hiking, biking, road trips, and seeing things I've never seen. I love to listen to the rain and read a good book. I love a good cup of coffee. I have a passion for music, I don't actually play anything or sing thats more my husbands job. He is amazingly talented at singing and can play piano, guitar, and drums! He is pretty talented.

Music, Movies, and Books

Trying to pick my favorite music is impossible because I listen to a little bit of everything. A few of the bands I like are Alt-J, city and color, Lana Del Ray, and Krewella. I also love country music, I mean I am from Missouri (farm city). I am a big fan of scary movies! I love books about World War 2 or medical mysteries.

The most amazing thing I've done would have to be, finding the love of my life and standing before all of our friends and family and making him mine forever.
