Hi, I'm Jade and I am currently travelling (backpacking) with my friend Tamara. So far we have been away from home for just over three months and have been travelling around South East Asia.
I love music, animals and reading. I am also trying to do things to get out of my comfort zone, such as trekking through a jungle which I succeeded at!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to get to meet locals around the world and learn their cultures and possibly their languages! I would also like to be able to help others if needed, for instance to help with their English or help around the house.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music genre in rock, but really I enjoy any music (except classical). Because of my psychology degree i do enjoy psychological thrillers, but i am a bit of a nerd and love superhero films as well! With books I like two different sides, real life and fantasy or young adults books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I quit my job, gave my rented house up, took all my money and boarded a plane to the other side of the world!
