Hi, I'm Jade! Recently bit by the travel bug and can't wait to start adding countries to my list. I recently graduated college majoring in civil engineering and currently doing a 2.5 month post grad trip around Asia! I'd love to meet new people and make some interesting friends! In my daily life I would say I'm a little boring. My world revolved around school and work so I really want to change that. I'm usually the quietest person when the party starts and the loudest person in the room 30 minutes in. I'm usually determined, realistic, and I wouldn't consider myself a bad person I suppose? But my main goal on this trip is to be a better version of myself! Whatever that means haha. So help me out! Let's meet up, talk, share, and be friends :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

While planning for my trip, I really wanted to make an effort to meet new people whilst travelling. I've always been very confined to my social circles and to my responsibilities so this trip is my chance to try to get out of my comfort zone. My friends told me that couchsurfing is an amazing way to do that and that the people they've met here have been fantastic. So here I am, giving it my best shot!

During my free time I'm mostly hanging out with my friends (as unoriginal as that sounds,) binge watching tv shows, or online gaming. I'm a total foodie and I'm trying to eat everything I can on this trip! I'm the type of girl who likes spending hours at a cafe talking or spending Friday nights at a bar. Karaoke anyone?
