I work out regularly and i think we should always stay in shape , its also healthier..
Macrobiotic diet is the way i eat, actually i heat eating chicken or meat ! i only eat fish max twice a month ..

A short experimental film , which won in Euromed Audiovisual video contest an i went to Cannes festival for 10 days and it was amazing pleasant time and experience i had in there.
