Overview
About Me
Hi there! I’m Jael, an Argentine-Italian psychoterapist who’s deeply passionate about self-knowledge and personal growth. I’m currently traveling through Europe with my husband, Exequiel, while continuing our work as online therapists. Our journey isn’t just about seeing new places—it’s about exploring the depths of our own minds and hearts, and connecting with others who are on their own paths of discovery.
Both my husband and I are neurodivergent. This means we have our own unique way of experiencing and processing the world around us. We value moments of deep connection and meaningful conversation, but we also cherish times of serenity and autonomy where we can simply be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that the best way to truly experience a new place is through the people who call it home. Couchsurfing offers the opportunity to connect on a deeper level, sharing stories, meals, and moments that go beyond just being a tourist. I’m excited to immerse myself in the everyday life of the places I visit, and to learn from the wisdom and experiences of my hosts.

Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I can share insights on self-knowledge, mindfulness, and mental health practices. I’m also happy to teach basic Spanish or help with communication skills.
Learn:
I’m always eager to learn about different cultures, local cuisines, and new perspectives on life. I’m also interested in discovering more about art and different creative expressions.
Share:
I’d love to share stories about travel, the journey of being neurodivergent, and personal growth experiences. I can also offer a listening ear and meaningful conversations.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As your guest, I bring a spirit of curiosity, kindness, and respect. I’m someone who values a peaceful and welcoming environment, and I’ll treat your home with the same care and love that I do my own. I enjoy meaningful conversations about life, psychology, and personal growth—topics that are close to my heart. But I also love discovering new flavors, so if you have a favorite local dish, I’d be thrilled to try it!
Both my husband and I will be happy to help you if you need us to water plants, go to the supermarket for you or whatever you need as an expression of thanking your kindness to open the doors of your home
In my downtime, you might find me writing in my journal, or simply soaking in the beauty of a quiet moment. These creative outlets help me stay connected to myself and the world around me. Because I’m neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD), I also appreciate and respect the need for quiet and personal space, balancing moments of connection with times of peaceful autonomy.
