Folky, Buddhist-leaning woods dweller-with polite Yankee roots.I run a little store in a small town that attracts travelers from many directions and different dimensions.

A bit technology shy-but at home in nature.Witty or calming depending on the company.

Not the sort you have to fuss over-I'm a chamelion if the situation warrants.Rise to every occasion.

Friendly honest business woman-not sexist
adaptable,love animals and the sea.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I meet good kind people that I would want in MY life(and those already in)I explain the Couchsurfing Site.

I have been to Norway three times since joining CS and will soon go a fourth. Hopefully some of those great folks will show up at my door eventually.
I am moving to a real house perched high on a hill by the Russian River and I may be able to host for a change.We have been living in a loft with no couch until recently.
I love this benevolent network.If I can't help I refer people to my CS friends nearby.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Official CS
Couchsurfing Norway I met two wonderful women and they have since become good friends.They met my plane,train,found my relatives so that I now have an entire family in southern Norway.Norwegians are by nature good hearted and generous-They must never be taken for granted!
Previous to CS- I am nomadic by nature and have hitched across Canada and met many fine folk wherever I've been-Now I enjoy hosting people from all over-We travel for business to Bali --and have a very international home.

Intereses

Green clothing design.Cooking with local produce and foreign ideas, Learning Norwegian-BYKI is good.

Painting,crypto-zoology,and healing with herbs. I like to play the penny whistle("for my own astonishment") and also jam with others.
