My name is Jana and I was raised nearby Freiburg in southwest Germany. I moved from there to Berlin about eight years ago.
Here I became a nurse and had been working at an ICU since I finished my education.
Since I am starting to study psychology soon, there will be some changes to my life, I am excited about (:
I really like working with people as much as I like to meet new ones, that's why I appreciate the community of Couchsurfing that much!

I love doing sports, specially bouldering. I also climb, but I didn’t have so much time to do it yet.
Also I like to be outside, specially near water or in the mountains but wholly I love all nature (:
I really like to read different kind of books (mostly liberal arts) and having good conversations. I like to dance and sing (mostly for my own but I get a lot of happiness by that).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had many good experiences with people I met either at work (being a nurse gives the opportunity to meet many different and interesting people) and of course also while traveling. Sometimes you meet people and it can be just one sentence somebody says, a story that one tells that can change your world a little for the better.

I think if we‘re open to the world, open for the people around us and what they‘re thinking, we never stop learning about our precious world and everything around us. I love that!
