For a quick overview:

My name is Jaffer and I'm 19 years old.
Im currently in a gap year so have decided to travel around Asia as I had nothing else worth doing in my life haha.

I'd describe myself as a laid back kind of guy who is always up for a laugh or simply a quiet sit down (usually in front of the tv) but it's ashtrays better with some good company.

I'm a sporty person who does Sprint trainirings times a week.

I'm into movies and generally being lazy but if prompted can be pretty active.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While traveling around Asia I met a German girl who recommended the sight as great way to meet new people from all over the world as well as experience their cultures, so here I am:)

Interests

The basics:
I'm into athletics with my specialities being the 100 and 200 meter sprints which I was at a time very highly ranked for my age in the UK.

-Watching movies/tv shows and making movies.
My favourites are the action adventure/sci-fi type with my all time favourite films being the Lord of the rings! But also can't get enough of superhero films!
My favourite show ids of course game of thrones. No more needs to be said lol.

-Comics and anime
I'm a bit of a superhero kind of guy who mostly leans towards DC (the batman and super man's rather than the spider man and iron man's). I'm also an avid anime watcher with my favourites being naruto, bleach, fullmetal alchemist and fairy tail.

-Eating good food and occasionally making up a good dish of my own.
I can't get enough of a curry! Indian was for long time my favourite till I was introduced to Thai then Japanese. They're all so good!!

As for my own cooking I mostly try out Asian dishes which has rubbed off from working in a Thai restaurant. I reckon I make a pretty good stir fry ;)

My tastes seem to jump around a lot but generally i'm into reggae, a bit of hip-hop and soundtracks.

The Lord Of the rings, Harry Potter, Man of steel, the dark knight trilogy (minus the third cos it was terrible!), transformers blood diamond and many more.
