Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I volunteer as a greeter and ambasador. We've just relocated to Houston, and are happy to be back in the heat after 3 years in Wyoming - which we miss anyway. At times I try to get people together to have fun. I love to meet new folks so come stay on m couch. I've been a member of couchsurfing since 2004 and know my way around, admittidly not as well as some. l am availible to answer any and all questions any wayward travelers or hosters may have though...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed with my very young son for about a year. Always had a place to lay our heads. A wonderful feeling. Good people can be found anywhere!

Interests

Interested in: people, thoughts and ideas, excitability, bones, societal structures, fire, dance, reality-as I or anyone else knows it, life, books, kids, and other oddities in the universe.

Music, Movies, and Books

hmmm...my husband and I have a series of books that we read aloud to eachother. We are currently reading Birthing books and studying hypnosis for birth, as we are expeting in September. We also trifle in british comedy, children's picture books, electronica, hitchhikers...of course, Psy, romantic comedies, rock, jazz, blues, anything faery, poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helped excavate proof that the Mayans had economically differentiated cities and societies long before anyone thought.

I also gave birth. I'm about to do it again - this time at home! Stay tuned for updates :)
