Sobre mí

I'm sorry to say I live with my Dad, who is a conservative prick and wouldn't be down to have people staying in the house. Unfortunately all I can offer now is someone to meet up with.

Until recently I've worked as a pastry chef. After a few years of working I learned that I didn't like being broke, so I got a job with Mondelez Int. as a production worker. Ever since I've been union and pretty proud of it.

For fun, I like to read a lot. Mostly socio-political nonfiction, but I'm also a fan of Hemingway, Steinbeck, Sartre, Vonnegut, Dostoevsky and Kafka.

I'm also an amateur boxer. (In case that sounds intimidating, I actually have a losing record.)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Make new friends and really get the inside track when visiting new places. It sucks staying in hotels and hoping that Anthony Bourdain thoroughly expressed everything worthwhile a city has had to offer in a 45-minute episode. I'd rather have a local show me around.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Eh... I don't know. Competing as a boxer certainly was a life changing experience for me, but I feel like that pales in comparison to some of the cool shit I see other people posting in this prompt.

Help me experience something to put here.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can box and I can bake. I think those are the only two things I do that are desirable skills to share. Other than that, I can hold a decent conversation when I'm not being too quiet.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can cook, at least on an above average skill level.
