ABOUT ME

I moved to St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands in late 2014. I am renting a studio apt so unfortunately I don't have the space to take anyone in right now. Living here has been quite a challenge, which I suppose was exactly what I was looking for! But it's also been a wonderful thing that I did for myself. I see myself here for at least another 5 years because of my wonderful job. I am the bartender at Room With a View Restaurant, located in Bluebeard's Castle above Charlotte Amalie (downtown). COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I was still living in Iowa, I hosted a few times and surfed once. All of my experiences with people have been great!

Healthy eating - I eat very clean: dairy free, no red meat or processed sugar, and I limit my gluten and carb intake as well. I have significantly decreased my alcohol intake this past year as well.
Fitness - I do aerial yoga and circuit training very regularly.
Relax - I loooove my down time! I work very hard about 50 hours a week at my job so in my down time I love to sit by the pool or at the beach and catch up with friends. :)
Explore - I love the water, so I go out boating and on snorkel adventures about once a month or so. I have never really been that in to hiking, but I am going to be trying that out soon.
