Hey! I'm Jaimy, a 21 year old history student from the University of Groningen. When I visited Prague when I was 14, I got infected with this wanderlust virus, since then my life goal became to visit all European capitals. Last year I visited Georgia, my favorite country on earth, and since then I got more interested to visit non-touristic places! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like to watch the traveling episodes of Tom Waes, a Belgian guy, and 'Floortje naar het einde van de wereld'. I am not really a movie person, but my favorite movie is 'Life is beautiful'. And for books, I like everything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done this year with 4 other students is organizing a 10 days trip for 30 persons to Poland and Ukraine! Next year our destination will be Albania :)

On university I am studying Eastern-European studies as a minor. I really like to invest my time in another region then 'the west', because most of the times other regions then the populair west are way more interesting to learn about.
