Hi! I’m Jairo, a passionate Mexican who moved to Barcelona a few years ago 🇲🇽➡️🇪🇸. I grew up in Mexico, surrounded by intense flavors and vibrant rhythms, and now I enjoy blending that with Spain’s Mediterranean charm. I live in the heart of Barcelona, close to beaches and parks perfect for outdoor plans 🏖️. I speak fluent Spanish, intermediate English, and I’m learning Catalan to fit in more. I joined Couchsurfing because I believe travel is about sharing: friends around the world you haven’t met yet 🌍🤝. As a Mexican in Barcelona, I want to connect with travelers to exchange stories, recipes, and adventures. I’ve hosted people from various countries and always end up learning something new, like a song or a local dish 🎶🍲. When I travel, I seek authentic experiences, not just touristy ones; and when hosting, I offer a comfy couch in my central apartment, with privacy and close to transport 🛋️🚇
